Hi there! My name is Ashley, and I am the owner of Dosey Dough’s Micro-Bakery. My main focus for Dosey Dough’s is to encourage our community to bring the simple life back. Through tasty treats and as little ingredients as possible, dining room tables will be filled with goodies once again!
Background you ask? I have over 15 years of experience in the food industry. You name it, I’ve sold it (Probably tasted it too. My love for food is very strong). But, nothing beats the feeling of baking in your own kitchen. As the smells of fresh bread or cookies fill your home, you can’t help but want to share the love. That’s exactly what I did.

Baking is my true passion. As a wife and mom of two beautiful girls, I’ve always dreamt I’d be able to stay home and provide for my family at the same time. This company, along with you as a customer gives me that opportunity. So please, enjoy my sourdough loaves, cookies, biscotti and more.
